What do people ask us?
How did you get started?
Dan & Adam met in 2014, working in the CO market at the time. Adam, a large scale Commercial Ag Cultivator had been tinkering with an idea to grow cannabis vertically (true wall of flower), focused on smaller/mid scale facilities (< 50K sq. ft.)…after retrofitting a couple of flower rooms on a prior operation, he got his chance to deploy the first total facility-design in 2017 – with resounding yield/facility performance increases.
After meeting Mitch in 2015, the 3 began collaborating on a number of projects, which led to them incorporating as Seeper Grown, and finalizing the service offerings listed!

Are you Financial Advisors?
As non- licensed advisors, we don’t formally execute deals; however, we work with several of the best FINRA-licensed Broker/Dealers in the country, and can connect you with them.
Do you hold any Cannabis Licenses?
We do not hold equity positions with any of the licensed operators with whom we are formally engaged.
Do you make any products?
No, but we work closely with a wide range of equipment manufacturers, branded consumable products, and ancillary products/service providers.
What does a contract look like with you?
We have structured engagements that are easy to follow, legally sound, and compatible with compliance requirements of the state(s) in which we’re working.
What can I expect from you if we engage with your services?
We strive to provide comprehensive advisory services, with clearly outlined goals, objectives, timelines, fee structure, and buy-in
